CONNECT WITH ME

Hello! I’m Shakira Johnson, the founder of SCJ Advisory Studio.

My life’s journey has taken me from the vibrant streets of New York City to the serene landscapes of the island of Dominica, the dynamic energy of Florida, the rich culture of France, and the structured yet open-minded spirit of the Netherlands. These diverse experiences have shaped my belief that true balance comes from embracing life’s contrasts rather than separating who we are from what we do.

Professionally, over the last decade I have worn many hats, from delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry to mentoring teachers and students in educational settings and leading large-scale projects in the corporate world. Across all these roles, one truth stands out: success is deeply rooted in trust and human connection.

At SCJ Advisory Studio, I blend strategic insight with a deep understanding of people to help you align your personal and professional ambitions with the realities of your world. My mission is to turn potential conflicts into harmonious growth, creating a path where your goals and reality converge seamlessly.

“Working with Shakira gave our team the clarity and confidence we needed to move forward with purpose.” — Samual from Ghana
